I just recently started taking photographs. I've wanted to for quite some time, but haven't had the knowhow or the drive to learn how to do it for myself. Through reading and my girlfriend showing me the ropes, this is what a first attempt looks like.

I shoot film with a Canon AE-1, a Holga135 and a Holga 120. I shoot digitally with a Canon PowerShot SD400 Elph. Since film is expensive, most of the photographs on this blog will be digital. I'm trying to take at least 36 shots a day to mimic a roll of film. On the rare occasion that I am able to scan the film I do shoot, I will make note of it.
